2004 Hyundai Sonata

The 2004 Hyundai Sonata is available in three trim levels. The base Sonata is equipped with a 2.4 liter engine that comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and an optional 4-speed automatic. It also comes with standard features such as air conditioning, side-impact airbags, AM/FM/CD audio system, rear defroster, power mirrors, power locks with keyless remote, power windows, cruise control, remote fuel door and trunk releases, 60/40 split folding rear seat, variable intermittent wipers, four-wheel-disc brakes, gas-charged shock absorbers, and 15-inch all-season tires. The Hyundai Sonata GLS comes with the 2.7 L V6 engine and is coupled with an automatic transmission.

The GLS improves on the standard features available to the base Sonata by providing deluxe cloth upholstery, wood grain accents, improved carpet, an even better stereo system, an enhanced center console, dual map lights, and rear cup holders along with heated mirrors and a power antenna. High performance tires on 16-inch alloy wheels complete this upgraded set-up. The LX is the luxury version of the Sonata that comes complete with all of the available features on both the base and GLX with the addition of leather seat covers, automatic climate control and an eight-way power driver's seat. If the Sonata borrows its looks from first class brands, do not be surprised is you are treated to the same exquisite feel inside. The Sonata's cabin, including the steering wheel and the seats, are upholstered in lush, soft fabrics. The instrument area is paneled in wood grain finish combined with fine vinyl that makes for a sophisticated look.
